House Rules for Guests



Dear Guests,
Welcome to our facility! To ensure that your stay is safe, pleasant and

respectful of the common areas, we ask you to follow a few simple rules.

We thank you for your cooperation.


1. Check-in and Check-out
2. Policy: a deposit of 50% of the stay is required upon booking, the balance must be paid within 14 days before arrival.


- Check-in: From 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Note: If you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm, please notify us in advance to arrange a late check-in.
- Check-out: By 10:00 am.
Note: Any late check-out will incur a penalty of €10 for each hour of delay, subject to availability.
- Stay: A minimum stay of 7 days is required.



2. Security Deposit


- Amount: €500.
- Payment Method : The security deposit must be paid either 7 days before arrival by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival at the villa. In case of bank transfer you will have to send the receipt of the same by e-mail to: [email protected]
- Return: The deposit will be returned at check-out, after checking the house and the presence of any damages. The return will be made by bank transfer or other agreed method.
- Damages: In case of damages or non-compliance, a portion of the deposit may be retained.


3. Behavior and Respect for Spaces

We ask that you treat the house and its equipment with care and not move the

furniture or change the arrangement of furnishings.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
You may smoke only in the outdoor areas using the ashtrays available.
Pets are not allowed.



4. Cleanliness and Hygiene



Please keep the house clean and tidy during your stay.

Before leaving the house, please pick up your garbage and separate it properly, remember

that separate garbage collection is mandatory.

The kitchen should be left clean after use; dishes, dishes and utensils should be washed and put away.


Do not throw non-biodegradable items or materials into toilet water (e.g., sanitary napkins).



5. Safety



Be sure to lock doors and windows when you leave the house.

Make sure you have properly turned off gas and other utilities when you have finished using them.
Do not leave valuables unattended; the house is not responsible for theft or damage.
In case of an emergency, go outside the house immediately, contact the

owner at: 351 4693400 and the local emergency at 070 994501.

Please find attached several useful and emergency numbers to call in case of need.



6. Use of Facilities and Appliances


Use appliances and facilities with care. In case of

malfunctions, contact the owner immediately.

You may not move furniture or change the arrangement of furnishings without the owner's permission.



7. Rules for the Use

of the Jacuzzi hot tub



Before entering the Jacuzzi, you must take a full shower to remove all traces of sweat, oils, creams, or other products that could compromise the water in the tub. Do not bring sand, grit, or materials that could scratch the surface of the tub and compromise the efficiency of the filtration system.

The use of soaps or other body products is prohibited.

Do not use the Jacuzzi immediately after a large meal or when unwell (fever, headache, high blood pressure, etc.).

Maximum recommended time of use: 30-45 minutes per session.

Person limit: Maximum of 4 people at a time in the Jacuzzi.
Child safety: Use of the Jacuzzi is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Children should never be left unattended.



8. Events and Tours



Hosting events, parties or gatherings is not permitted without explicit permission from the owner.

Additional guests beyond those indicated at the time of the

reservation and duly registered.



9. Parking and Outdoor Areas



Use designated parking spaces only. Outdoor areas must be kept tidy and not used for any non-permitted purposes.



10. Cancellation Policies



It will be possible to cancel your reservation up to 15 days prior to arrival and you will not be required to pay the balance of your stay, it is understood that the deposit paid will be retained.



11. Guest Responsibility



The guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons accompanying him/her and agrees to abide by these rules.

Any violation of the rules may result in being asked to leave the house immediately, with no right to a refund.



12. Care of the Garden and Presence of the Gardener


The gardener may enter the property during the stay for maintenance operations.
Gardening operations will be conducted at scheduled times with minimal disruption to guests. If you would like to know when maintenance is scheduled, please contact us.


PLEASENOTE: The conditions of the regulations are considered tacitly accepted by guests upon their arrival at the villa.
